The Association of International Education (AIE) was created under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Science, Higher Education and Technological Policy of the Russian Federation and GLOSAS/USA in 1993. Its status and goal are same as those of GLOSAS/USA. AIE is a consortium of higher education institutions, companies, international associations and foundations.
