I was in the USA until this morning so have been unable to contact you and to say again how much I enjoyed the workshop.

I agree with your suggestions and look forward to working on the proposal and helping to find funds for it.

Ihor mentioned the InfoDev call for proposals. I asked an American friend to find out what remained in the 1999 budget for that call. Here is what he reports...

In my opinion, Michael Potashnik will find it easier to get renewed funding if we work up our ideas into a proposal which he can show to others.
