2. My previous listserve distribution included the information by Greg Cole and Natasha Bulashova about the Civic Networking Project of Friends and Partners Foundation in Moscow which is financed by Ford Foundation.
   
   You may ask Natasha if your project and country may be in their category to apply for funds, since your approach is similar to their community development approach -- which is the key ingredient to successful implementation of Internet;
