Another excellent contact in the Philippines in Minda Sutaria, head of SEAMEOI INOTECH in Manila. (I don't have the name of the organization quite right because its been a while since I've been there. In fact, I'm not even positive if Minda is still the head. But the organization had an excellent reputation for work in educational technology.)
