I am pleased to report good reception at the Univ. of Tennessee administration regarding initial support for our submission to NSF for attendance at the Bogota Conference. I will draft a short proposal in the next few days. UT will be willing to act as conduit for this request. I will next contact Ric Lichtwardt and his new boss Bob Leiter to see about link-up possibilities.
