This is because he is the key person on the propagation

tele-health/tele-medicine in Latin America and also an
expert of
conducting a workshop -- I followed his pattern for our
highly
successful Tampere event.
(2) If so, pls talk with him to set the new dates and let me know the result.
(3) BTW, there will also be a large conference "World
Education Market"
in Vancouver, BC, Canada on the same May 24 to 26, though
they may not
affect much to our workshop.
