Dear Dr. Lefrere,

Reference my correspondence with Dr. Tak Utsumi (below), I can clearly see
that attending the workshops which are intended to be held this year would
be very benificial in developing any possibility for respective
collaboration.

I have been navigating the website of the Open University and I can see
that we are actually implementing the same concept. The applications might
be different but we tend to overlap at certain points. I believe we should
have a lot to exchange in terms of expereience and lessons learnt.

Dr. Utsumi has advised me to contact you for possible assistance in
introducing me to the British council in Egypt for any available travel
grant provision for the Open University Workshop in the UK this coming
June. I would appreciate your advice on this particular issue.
