Dear Dr. Utsumi,

There is a scheduling problem with your requested conference on May 31,
2000 at 11:30 AM - 12 Noon (Hawaii Standard Time). In reviewing your email
on the conference there are not enough ports available during your
requested time/date. Our bridge can support a total of 16 ports BUT only 5
ISDN lines. There are two overlapping conferences already on schedule.
American Samoa and Guam will not use ISDN lines so your conference can have
a total of 5 ISDN participants at 384Kpbs. I have been informed by our
operators that the available time slots on May 31st are before 9:30 AM or
after 2:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time.

You should have received an email and fax of the VTC form.  I apologize for
the delay due to an incorrect fax number.

You may call me or our network operations center at 808 956-6668 to confirm
a new time or new time and date.

I apologize for the inconvenience.

Christina Higa
