I thank you for your strong interest in our Global Service Trust Fund
(GSTF) which will finance the establishment of a Global Broadband
Internet (GBI) for our Global University System (GUS).

Day Conference of European Commission in Luxembourg from 1/8th to

benefit developing countries. Project is headed by James B. Steinberg,
