I thank you for your strong interest in our Global Service Trust Fund
(GSTF) which will finance the establishment of a Global Broadband
Internet (GBI) for our Global University System (GUS).

Day Conference of European Commission in Luxembourg from 1/8th to
1/10th, and visiting European Commission in Brussels on 1/11th, and
UNESCO/Paris on 1/12th, and be back to NYC on 1/14th.

million project by the Markle Foundation to explore how digital technology can
benefit developing countries. Project is headed by James B. Steinberg,
