As you being a predecessor to our project, we are very
interested in
your activities, particularly on the use of advanced Internet.
Looking into the future, we believe that such use would
need broadband
Internet, especially wireless (including digital satellite)
broadband
Internet to reach remote/rural areas in developing countries
for global
distance learning and healthcare.
This subsequently requires huge investment which can come
only from
governmental sources, -- hence our attempt to create the
Global Service
Trust Fund (GSTF) -- see Global University Background Documents

In order to appeal to the government of G7 countries,
we are now forming
Global University System, a coalition of regional groups
