University System
(GUS) is now in process of obtaining the status of a Non-Governmental
Organization (NGO) under UNESCO, thanks to the kind effort made
by Marco.

(4) Once this becomes official, we will initiate, at least,

based e-learning programs with the use of various technologies
we have
so far demonstrated at our "Global Lecture Hall (GLH)"
multipoint-to-multipoint,
multimedia interactive videoconferences and workshops held over
a dozen years.
