Dear Larry,

Its Riaz here !

You remember, last when I met you at the Viennese cafe, you mentioned
of your idea to have an on-line university or something similar in
Bangladesh. Could you please tell me in detail ? I have a very
responsible and imaginative gentleman interested - who I can assure,
you would enjoy working - at Dhaka end. In fact, he is known out
there in the top brass of the world of scouting as well. Not to
mention of his business acumen and foresight !

Once I hear from you, I'll clarify a few points, if needed, to
explain the same to him and then see its practicality in Bangladesh.
I am appending a copy of this message to him as well.

Take care. Your programme seems to have come off well !

Riaz, 3 December 2000, 10 PM
